Description

3D Printable CineTag Mounting System for LMB 4×5 Side Flag + Alexa Mini LF

This modular mounting system includes the following parts in .3mf format, arranged for printing:

1) A clip-in holder for a CineTag. This acts as the “main” module, and all other accessories can be attached to this piece.
2) Two case clips. These clips are used to clip the “main” module to different “adapter” modules.
3) An “adapter” module that features a mini V-mount receiver, allowing the case to be quickly attached and removed from mini V-mount mounting points.
4) An LMB “adapter” module that connects directly to the side of an ARRI LMB 4×5 using the side flag mounting point (either alone or in addition to the side flag).
NOTE: THIS PART WILL BE FOLDED AND CLIPPED TOGETHER AFTER PRINTING. PRESS IN GENTLY ON THE CURVED CLIP AND FOLD THE PARTS TOGETHER.
5) A V-mount attachment point that connects directly to the side of an ARRI LMB 4×5 using the side flag mounting point (either alone or in addition to the side flag).
NOTE: THIS PIECE COMES IN TWO PARTS THAT ARE CLIPPED TOGETHER. ALIGN THE CLIPS AND PRESS-FIT UNTIL THE PIECES SNAP TOGETHER.
6) A V-mount attachment point that uses 1/4-20 or 3/8-16 mounting holes to attach directly to the side of the ARRI MINI LF cage.

Also included is:
7) A non-modular mounting point intended for use with Velcro that connects directly to the side of an ARRI LMB 4×5
using the side flag mounting point (either alone or in addition to the side flag).

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PRINT SETTINGS:

All parts come per-arranged in the correct orientation for printing without supports. It is important not to use support material, as it can
affect tolerances when removed. You may feel free to delete or clone any parts that you wish to remove or duplicate.

This print is intended for nozzle sizes no larger than .4mm

Layer height: .2mm
Supports: No
Infill: Any infill 15% or greater should be fine, but full infill will increase the strength of the parts (though it will also use more filament).
Skirt / Raft / Etc: No (but if your print bed has difficulty with adhesion, feel free to try)
Preferred Filament: PETG (PLA should work, but it tends to melt in the heat, so we suggest using white PLA if you decide to go with PLA)

Other settings can generally be left to default.
